YAVA is proud to partner with De Bortoli Wines as YAVA moves beyond the gallery walls and curates spaces in some of the special places of the Yarra Valley. This winter the beautiful curated space at De Bortoli Yarra Valley Cellar Door is showcasing ethereal paintings by Sharmain Lowe.
Sharmain layers her canvases with acrylic paint, ink and mica powder, creating a visual balance with movement and details using an intuitive approach.
Take in the art as you enjoy the renowned wines of De Bortoli.

Sharmain Lowe is an abstract artist born and raised in the Yarra Valley and is inspired by colour, texture, textiles, and interior design. Since discovering her love of abstract painting in 2010, she has been dedicated to her practice ever since.
